Meet the Author
James T. Eastwood is the author of Throne of Lies, the first book of eleven. He began writing the series in ninth grade at only fourteen. Instead of socializing and paying attention in class, he was writing. This passion paid off and led to him pursuing higher education at Full Sail University and obtaining his BFA in Creative Writing.

A plague swept the nations of the Ever Isles. Hundreds of lives were claimed: children, sick, elderly. There was no mercy in death, not even for the royals. Princess Evangeline died, leaving the kingdom of Taversia without a successor. The King and Queen had two options, admit her death or embrace a lie to protect their power.
Eight years later, Princess Evangeline debuted, meeting countless suitors, their jowls salivating with the want for the kingdom's power. Even with her head held high, there was nothing that could disguise the stagger in her steps, the stride of an imposter, someone who longed to be free.
